This website is operated by Fast Fashion Pty Ltd (ABN 97 684 265 165), the exclusive authorised distributor of HLA in Australia. In this Shipping Policy, “HLA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fast Fashion Pty Ltd.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the HLA online store at www.hlaconcept.com.au
only.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
We do not currently ship to international addresses unless expressly stated otherwise on our website.
We aim to deliver Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas, however delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, packed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.
During peak periods, promotional campaigns, warehouse events or other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We currently offer standard shipping only.
Estimated standard delivery time is 3 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our reasonable control, including:
- regional or remote delivery locations;
- carrier delays;
- severe weather events;
- public holidays;
- peak retail periods; or
- other supply chain disruptions.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We currently offer:
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders over AUD 99; and
- a standard shipping fee for all other orders, as shown at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown in your order summary before you confirm and pay for your order.
5. Order Confirmation and Dispatch Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking details where available.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
7. PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect
Where supported by Australia Post, we may deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses.
If you choose to use one of these delivery options, you must ensure that the delivery details are entered correctly and exactly in accordance with your MyPost or Australia Post instructions.
If a delivery address is entered incorrectly, or if a selected delivery method does not support the address provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
8. Authority to Leave
If the delivery carrier offers an Authority to Leave option and you choose to authorise delivery without a signature, your parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.
Where a parcel is left in accordance with your delivery instructions or authority, risk in the parcel may pass to you upon delivery, subject to any rights you may have under the ACL.
9. Split Shipments
Where your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order in one or more separate shipments.
If this occurs, you will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those disclosed at checkout, unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase.
10. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at service@fast-fashion.com.au
and provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photographs, where relevant.
We will work with you and, where appropriate, the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the ACL.
11. Items Not Received
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within a reasonable time so that we can investigate.
If we are unable to supply your order within the agreed timeframe or within a reasonable time, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the ACL.
12. Delivery Refusal, Non-Collection or Returned Parcels
If delivery is refused, if an order is not collected from a collection point, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect location or other delivery facility within the required timeframe, or if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may treat this as a return subject to our Refund Policy.
In such cases:
- original shipping charges may not be refundable; and
- additional re-delivery charges may apply if you request the order to be sent again.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the ACL.
13. Pre-Order or Backorder Items
If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page where possible.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are available, or dispatch items separately at our discretion.
Estimated pre-order and backorder dates are subject to change.
14. Title and Risk
Title to goods passes to you when full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered to the address specified in your order, unless otherwise required by law.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery, subject to any rights you may have under the ACL.
