Refund policy

This website is operated by Fast Fashion Pty Ltd (ABN 97 684 265 165), the exclusive authorized distributor of HLA in Australia. In this Refund Policy, “HLA”, “HLA Garment”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fast Fashion Pty Ltd.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the HLA online store at www.hlaconcept.com.au
 only.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy for eligible items purchased online.

To qualify for a change of mind return:

  • your return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered;
  • the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in saleable condition;
  • all original tags must remain attached;
  • the item must be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible; and
  • you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or order number.

If your return is approved and the returned item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. No Direct Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.

If you would like a different size, color or style, please return the eligible item for a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy and place a new order separately.

3. Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns

The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns, unless required by law:

  • underwear and intimate apparel;
  • socks;
  • earrings;
  • gift cards;
  • personalised or customised items; and
  • items clearly marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or similar on the product page.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, your statutory rights still apply.

4. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not-as-Described Items

If your item:

  • arrives damaged;
  • is faulty;
  • is not of acceptable quality;
  • is not fit for its disclosed purpose;
  • is significantly different from its description, image or sample; or
  • you receive the wrong item,

please contact us as soon as possible at service@fast-fashion.com.au
and provide:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • clear photos where available.

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the ACL. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

- Change of mind returns
For approved change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are not refundable for change of mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the law, including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

6. How to Start a Return

Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the item(s) you wish to return; and
  • the reason for return.

Please do not send any item back until you have received return instructions from us.

7. Online Orders Cannot Be Returned In Store

At this time, online orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged in-store.

All online returns must be sent to our designated returns address in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer service team.

8. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this Refund Policy for a change of mind return, we may decline the return and send the item back to you.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the ACL.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 3 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

10. Promotional, Discounted and Final Sale Items

Items purchased during a promotion or at a discounted price may still be returned under this Refund Policy unless they are clearly marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or otherwise excluded on the product page.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for change of mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under the ACL.

11. Proof of Purchase

We may require proof of purchase before processing a return, refund or other remedy. Acceptable proof may include:

  • an order confirmation email;
  • a tax invoice;
  • a receipt; or
  • an order number linked to your purchase.

12. Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, consumers have statutory rights that are separate from and in addition to this voluntary change of mind policy.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the ACL, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
