are processed and shipped within Australia.
At this stage, online orders are managed separately from in-store operations. Please refer to the relevant policy pages for current return and service arrangements.
Orders
Simply browse our website, add your selected items to cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Not necessarily. Your order is only accepted once it has been dispatched or otherwise confirmed by us. This allows us to verify payment, stock availability and order details.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@fast-fashion.com.au
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount paid for it to your original payment method.
No, unless checkout settings later require otherwise. However, creating an account can make it easier to view your order history, save your details and manage your preferences.

Shipping and Delivery
Yes. We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including regional and remote areas.
No. We currently do not offer international shipping unless expressly stated otherwise on our website.
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, packed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.
We currently offer standard shipping only.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, peak periods and other factors outside our reasonable control.

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over AUD 99. Orders below that threshold will incur the applicable shipping fee shown at checkout.
Where supported by Australia Post, we may deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses.
Please ensure the delivery details are entered correctly in accordance with your MyPost or Australia Post instructions.

We will work with you and, where appropriate, the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
If delivery is refused, or if a parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, we may treat this as a return subject to our Refund Policy.
In these cases, original shipping charges may not be refundable, and additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy for eligible online purchases.
Your return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Returned items must be:
- unworn;
- unused;
- unwashed;
- in saleable condition; and
- returned with original tags attached.
Original packaging should also be included where reasonably possible.
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.
If you would like another size, colour or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.
No. At this time, online orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged in-store.
All online returns must be handled through our customer service team and returned to the designated returns address.
For approved change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.
For change of mind returns, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:
- underwear and intimate apparel;
- socks;
- earrings;
- gift cards;
- personalised or customised items; and
- items marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or similar.
Items purchased during a promotion or at a discounted price may still be eligible for return unless they are clearly marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or otherwise excluded on the product page.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@fast-fashion.com.au
with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where available.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are generally processed within 3 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Promotions and Discount Codes

minimum spend requirements have not been met;

the item is excluded from promotion; or
